30-Day Return Window. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, email support@vacugo.com with your order number.

Defective items: If your pump or vacuum bags arrive defective, we will ship a free replacement, no return required. Just send us a photo.

Non-returnable: Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or items returned after 30 days are not eligible.

Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
